Great podcast! As someone who isn’t religious, it’s always great to be reminded of the role religion plays in informing/shaping a culture and the ways in which it can be expressed.
Yeah, in our day and age it is easy to forget that all ancient societies grew up out of common religion. Maybe not all, however most did.
